As a former social media manager, interacting with customers and other stakeholders via the company's social media accounts was my main job. In addition, researching social media trends and informing management of changes relevant to the company’s marketing activities were part of my responsibilities.

 

As to video editing and graphic design volunteering, not paid, I creatively edit videos for a certain religious organization during special events for coverage and publish them through their Facebook page.
